3XG Limited – Warranty Policy

At 3XG Limited, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and excellent customer service. This Warranty Policy sets out the terms under which we provide warranty coverage for eligible products purchased from us. By purchasing and using our products, you agree to the terms set forth below.

1. Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a specified period from the date of purchase. The duration of the warranty may vary depending on the product, and this information will be provided on your receipt or product documentation.

2. Warranty Period

  • Standard Warranty: Most gadgets come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
  • Extended Warranty: Some products may have an extended warranty, which will be indicated at the time of purchase

The specific warranty duration for each product will be stated on the sales receipt or packaging.

3. What is Covered

Under this warranty, 3XG Limited will deliver the device for repair or replace, at no cost to you, products with:

  • Defects in materials or workmanship
  • Malfunctions or breakdowns during normal usage

4. What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents (e.g., drops, spills, etc.).
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  • Damage caused by exposure to extreme conditions (e.g., water, heat, fire, etc.).
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Products that have expired beyond the warranty period.

5. How to Make a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim:

  • Visit the Warranty Portal on our website or mobile app at the user profile section
  • Navigate to your product’s warranty status.
  • Submit a claim request along with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue.

Our team will review and respond with next steps within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Warranty Repairs or Replacements

Once your claim is verified and your warranty claim is within the warranty period.Please Note: This is applicable to Mobile phones, laptops and some selected mobile accessories. 

  • Repair: We will take your product to the OEM service center to repair your product at no charge, including parts and labor.
  • Replacement: If a repair is not feasible, OEM/ODM will determine a replacement for the item with an identical or equivalent product, subject to availability.

7. Shipping and Logistics

Please Note: This is applicable to Mobile phones, laptops and some selected mobile accessories for Lagos only. 

  • If your claim is approved, your first shipping costs will be covered by 3XG Limited, subsequent pickup and delivery costs will be covered by the customer.
  • If you are unavailable on the scheduled pickup or delivery date, any rescheduling fees or return shipping costs will be your responsibility. 

8. Limitations of Liability

Our obligations are strictly limited to the repair or replacement of defective products within the terms of this warranty. Under no circumstances shall 3XG Limited be liable for:

  • Loss of data or software
  • Loss of use or profits
  • Incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the failure or malfunction of a product

9. Extended Warranty Options

We offer extended warranty options for customers who wish to prolong coverage beyond the standard period. These must be purchased at the time of sale or within the original warranty period. For more information, please contact our customer service team.
