3XG Return Policy

At 3XG, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We understand that there may be occasions when a product does not meet your expectations, and we are committed to making the returns process as straightforward as possible. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning items purchased through 3XG and our authorised sellers.

1. Return Window

You may initiate a return request within 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for return, refund, or replacement.

2. Eligible Reasons for Return

A return may be accepted under circumstances such as:

  • The item received is defective or faulty
  • The item delivered is different from the one ordered (wrong model, specification, or variant)
  • The item does not meet the description provided at the point of purchase

3. Condition and Packaging

To qualify for a return, items must be returned in the exact condition in which they were received. This includes:

  • Original packaging fully intact
  • All tags, labels, manuals, accessories, and freebies included
  • No signs of use, wear, or alteration

Please note that returned items remain your responsibility until they are received at our facility. We strongly recommend secure packaging to prevent damage in transit, as items damaged during return shipping may not be accepted.

4. Grounds for Return Rejection

3XG reserves the right to reject any return that:

  • Has been used, installed, or activated
  • Is damaged, scratched, or shows signs of tampering
  • Is missing original packaging, accessories, or documentation
  • Falls outside the 7-day return window
  • Does not meet the criteria set out in this policy

5. Exchanges

3XG does not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different colour, model, or variant, kindly place a new order via our website. Approved returns will be processed as refunds in line with our Refund Policy.

6. Proof of purchase

A valid proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation, invoice, or receipt, must be presented when initiating any return request. Returns submitted without verifiable proof of purchase cannot be processed.

7. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs may apply and will be communicated to you at the point of return approval. Where the return is due to a verified fault on our part, such as a defective item or wrong product delivered, 3XG will cover the return shipping cost. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
