When returning an item, you must do so in the exact condition you received it from 3XG, with its original packaging and all tags and labels attached. Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so ensure they are packaged properly and cannot get damaged on the way.

Return might be rejected if item is used, damaged, outside the return window, missing original packaging, or does not meet the return policy criteria.
5. No exchange
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different color place a new order.
6. Proof of purchase
You will typically need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase when returning Item.
